SCI Model System Researchers Present at the 57th International Spinal Cord Society Annual Scientific (ISCoS) Meeting

The following SCI Model System researchers have informed the MSKTC of presentations at the 57th International Spinal Cord Society Annual Scientific (ISCoS) meeting:


  • Jennifer Coker, M.A., and Susan Charlifue, Ph.D., presented “ReInventing Yourself after Spinal Cord Injury: Results from two randomized controlled trials.” 
  • Susan Charlifue, Ph.D. Allen Heinemann, Ph.D., ABPP (RP), FACRM, and Candy Tefertiller, PT, DPT presented “Experience of robotic exoskeleton use at four spinal cord injury model systems centers.”
  • Allen Heinemann, Ph.D., ABPP (RP), FACRM participated in a symposium titled, “Spirituality after SCI: What role does it play, and how can we better incorporate it into rehabilitation practice."
