National Disability Employment Awareness Month

The MSKTC welcomes the Month of October!

This month marks National Disability Employment Awareness Month which is a very recognized national campaign that helps to inform and raise awareness about disability employment issues. It also celebrates the many and varied contributions of America's workers with disabilities. Throughout the month of October the MSKTC will give out resources related to this topic through our Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, and Headlines. To kick off the National Disability Employment Awareness Month  the MSKTC would like to provide spinal cord injury victims with a factsheet titled "Employment after Spinal Cord Injury", which gives insight on overcoming barriers to have a healthy productive working life. Read here.
