A
host of SCI model systems researchers will participate in the 2014 American Spinal
Injury Association Annual Meeting (ASIA) in San Antonio,
Texas from May 14–17, 2014. Michael J DeVivo, DrPH, Director Emeritus
of the National Spinal Cord Injury Statistical Center (NSCISC) will receive the
2014 ASIA Lifetime Achievement Award for his professional achievements and contributions to the advancement
of the field of rehabilitation.
Additionally, numerous model systems researchers
will present papers and deliver lectures to advance the field of spinal cord
